The pan seared salmon was the best dish I've had in my one week visit to Palm Springs, perfectly medium rare, just as ordered, over a celeriac puree and topped with an apple fennel compote. Yum! The lomo saltado is very, very good. The Brussels sprouts are top notch. I'm excited to return to try other menu items.

We are always looking for great restaurants in Palm Springs and Reforma did not disappoint! From the moment you walk in, they make you feel welcome. The staff, service and food was exceptional. The Chilean Escalopa was outstanding. Topped it off with one of the best butter cakes ever the Tres Leches for dessert. Executive chef and owner Eric came out thanking us for coming and providing a brief history of the restaurant and the inspiration behind it. Classy touch. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

We had such a nice lunch experience. The host, Alberto and bartender/server, Niko were friendly, courteous and inviting. We had reservations at 11a and the place had a great feel to it. The lunch menu was very diverse, especially since it was a modest menu. I had a very good white peach Margarita, two to be exact. We started off with short rib taquitos witha delicious mole sauce, then had a calamari pasta dish (with an option of having a vegan version), all the selections on the lunch menu sounded good. The tres leches pound cake, that came in a ramekin, was warm and just the right size to finish off the meal. I’d definitely come back to try the whole menu. They serve dinner too! Reforma has a private room for groups and an area designated for night clubbing.

This is one of the BEST restaurants that Palm Springs has to offer in this beautiful desert city area. Reforma is ahead of its time with its fine dining and entertainment. Great intimate atmosphere and its ample patio space. The staff is more than amazing and attentative. They are pleasant and cordial and eager to please with every request you have to appease your taste buds. A very welcoming atmosphere. For starters Reforma prepares a great scallops and shrimps dish. They are served with delicious flavorful Spanish Romesco sauce. The scallops are cooked to perfection which are moist and tender with every bite. The shrimp is also freshly cooked that pair well with the Shishito peppers. I recommend the "Lomo Soltado". This is best dish of Lomo Soltado that I have ever had. Every bite is a mouth watering blast of delicious flavors. It's a Peruvian stir fry with Filet Mignon, that just melts in your mouth, also included potatoes, peppers, baby heirloom tomatoes, and pearl onions. Secondly they prepare a delicious Cilantro Lime rice that pairs well the Lomo Soltado. I also have to shout out this locations mixologist. They make an amazing "Old Fashioned". Their twist on classic is on point. They have create the "Oaxaca Old Fashioned". This drink contains reposada tequila, a delicious Mezcal, and a Oaxaca rum. Such a great combination than I know you'll have a second drink. Such a lovely location. This is where you want to be to celebrate any occasion with loved ones.

We went here for a Super Bowl watch party and loved it. The staff was amazing and friendly. The food was delicious! We especially loved the wings. The guacamole and salsa also were great. Our event included a buffet so we can’t speak to the normal menu though we heard good things. The cocktails also were great. We truly had an amazing time and definitely will come back next time we are in Palm Springs.

Large venue with a moody vibe. Customer Service was a 15/10 from the greeting at the door & throughout service. Went for an early lunch and ordered the Tres Arepas and Fried Calamari appetizers, 3.9 stars for each. Then we got the short rib tomahawk mole and the Lomo Saltado 4 stars for each of those dishes! The tortillas that came with the short rib were tender, hot and fresh, probably could have ate a dozen of those just plain. Oh and the Asparagus was well cooked, I highly reccomend squeezing the charred lemon over it for another flavor boost.

Attended the Beetlejuice Drag Brunch a while back. The ares was spacious and well decorated. The service was accurate and attentive. The food was so right. The chicken and waffles were sweet, savory, crisp, and spicy. I had a blast and would attend another show.
